Visitors are expected to arrive in time for their selected slot(s) for the experiences. Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya will not be responsible for any non-delivery of experience due to late arrival. Visitors should not damage/alter/vandalise the property of Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya and doing so can result in legal action.

Visitors should adhere to all instructions and warnings laid out by Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya prior to engaging in any experience. Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from the usage of Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya’s experiences and infrastructure.

Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Audio Guide: Valid Govt ID deposit is compulsory for issue of audio guide. Audio guide is issued to visitors above 8 years only.

Add-Ons: VR Helicopter ride involves body swaying and swinging and may cause vertigo. Visitors take the VR Helicopter ride at their own risk. Experiential installations using Chroma Key technology do not capture green colour and green clothes result in a sub-optimal experience.

Covid appropriate protocol of wearing mask and maintaining social distance is compulsory in the Sangrahalaya premises.

Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya reserves the right to take all decisions with respect to visit policy and can alter these policies at any time.
